Concluded with an old simple but tasty recipe for presentation.
Ripe red juicy tomato, sliced in small cubes, spicy Feta cheese also sliced in small cubes, a few black olives, a touch of garlic, all on top of a large whole-wheat bread cracker. Cover with golden-green extra virgin olive oil, leave the cracker to soak for a while and... good appetite!
